I work at Pihlajalinna as a Work Ability Coach and as a Social Services Specialist in Occupational Health Care.

I guide and support you in matters related to work ability, working life, career development, skills, education, and rehabilitation, as well as issues concerning livelihood, benefits, and social security.

You can attend an appointment with a Social Services Specialist in Occupational Health Care with a referral from an occupational health care professional.

To see a Work Ability Coach, you need an  assignment by a pension insurance company or a non-life insurance company.

My expertise includes guiding, supporting, and motivating clients in matters related to work ability, supporting them through career changes and transition phases, as well as planning and guidance related to rehabilitation, career development, and education.

My areas of special expertise include knowledge of service and benefit systems, rehabilitation guidance, assessment of functional capacity, factors that support mental health and work ability, neurodiversity and workplace demands, employment models for people with partial work ability, assessment of work disability risks, and supporting wellbeing at work.

My educational background includes qualifications as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Health Nurse, Work Ability Coordinator, and Solution-Focused Neuropsychiatric Coach.

I offer in-person appointments in the Western Finland region, and you can book a remote appointment from anywhere in Finland. I primarily provide services in Finnish and English, but I am also happy to assist in Swedish whenever possible.
