Forever Töölö is in the Crowne Plaza hotel in the Töölö district of Helsinki, opposite the Opera House and close to the city centre.

Forever Töölö is the crown jewel of the Forever fitness centers. In Töölö, you can work out in the gym, take part in a wide variety of group exercise classes, swim, relax with a massage, or make use of our coaching services.
Our professional trainers will help you get started. Our multidisciplinary team includes Fustra instructors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, personal trainers, and nutrition coaches. A coach supports and motivates you, creates individual training programs, and encourages you toward success.
The sauna area at Töölö features its own atmospheric swimming pool where you can relax after your workout. The water temperature is +27°C, making it ideal for fitness swimming and water running. You will also find effective water aerobics classes among the group exercise offerings.
You can also book an appointment with a physiotherapist at the location. Booking is easy through Pihlajalinna’s online appointment system.
